2. No Refunds: Once your heart is stolen, there is a strict no-returns policy. All captivations are final.
3. Blinking: Blinking is allowed, but discouraged. Looking away is a sign of weakness.
4. Dispute Resolution: If you find yourself too in love to function, your only recourse is to use the Emergency Contact page upon completion.
